PathHunting is a learning company. One dedicated to creating experiences and environments that help people thrive in modern life.
Here’s how we got here:
Rebecca Mutch (that’s me) launched PathHunting as a contemporary leadership consultancy in 2011, driven by the desire to create a business that would offer flexibility for my young family, and leveraging a background in learning and development for luxury retail, tourism and hospitality, a Masters in L&D with a B.Business, and ongoing PD in executive and transformational coaching.
In 2014 we opened our collaborative workspace at 421 Lygon St in Brunswick East (originally called The Cowork Collective). Our close connection with freelancers, entrepreneurs, not for profits and small business owners inspired our expansion into consulting on mindfulness, emotional intelligence, creativity and innovation.
In 2018 we brought The Cowork Collective under the PathHunting banner.
Today PathHunting is intentionally lean and nimble with me at the helm, supported by highly talented collaborators (community ninjas, instructional designers, facilitators etc) engaged for specific client projects. We offer collaborative coworking for creative minded business folk and design and develop in person and digital learning experiences for personal and professional growth, working with clients on the people side of business.
